- Internet/activity data: pages viewed, links clicked, time on page, referral URLs, browser/OS, approximate geolocation from IP, collected via cookies/analytics.
- User content: messages submitted via forms, emails, reviews/testimonials, documents/photos relevant to a move.
- Inferences: service preferences derived from interactions (e.g., packing needs, storage interest).
Sensitive data: we do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (e.g., SSN, precise geolocation, health data). If such data is inadvertently provided (e.g., in attachments), it is deleted or restricted and used only as necessary to provide requested services and comply with law.
